About Me

Leah: 39 year old wife and mother of one. Diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma on April 20, 2012. ER+ PR- and HER2+++ on April 25, 2012. BRCA1 and 2 negative on May 10, 2012. MUGA Scan EF 70% on May 23, 2012. B/L mastectomy, 2/2 lymph nodes removed and clear, power port & tissue expanders inserted May 31, 2012 . Final Path Report Stage 2A with 0.35mm micromets in one lymph node on June 12, 2012. Begin 6 rounds of chemo, TCH every 21 days up to and including Oct 23, with weekly infusions of the "H" on July 10, 2012. MUGA Scan EF 65% on on Sept. 5, 2012. CAT Scan of brain CLEAR on Sept. 20, 2012. Last Chemo done on Oct 23, 2012. Continue with Herceptin Infusions every three weeks until next July. Power Port Out Nov 19, 2012. Radiation started on Dec. 5, 2012. MUGA Scan 65% on Dec. 10, 2012. 40th BDay on Dec. 13, 2012.Finished Radiation Jan. 23, 2013. Begin daily Tamoxifen for 5 years on Jan 29, 2013. Last Herceptin Infusion on June 25, 2013. On a wing and a prayer.
